My name is Andy Provitola I am the President and a certified consultant of this unique company. My background has been in the environmental field experience  since 1982. It was here in Waltham and Stoneham Mass. where I began New England Solar, Inc. At the time energy prices were high like they are today and renewable energy was desperately needed. When the Tax credits expired it set this industry back for several years. Currently, we use FLIR Thermal Infrared Imaging camera for heat loss, water leaks & floods for roofs, basement, broken pipes, moisture and mold detection.  Currently I hold a bachelors degree and continue to studies in the environmental science field such as microbiology courses. As for current field experience I have personally conducted approximately 1000 mold inspections and assessments in the past 6 years using the latest state of the art equipment to detect toxic mold. We do not perform mold remediation so we provide an objective independent evaluation with no conflict of interest. We help point you in the right direction and save homeowners at times thousands of dollars in unwanted mold remediation when it is not necessary. When mold remedial work is needed we recommend as well using EPA or IICRC industry standard guidelines .
